“Since my diet is not all American, Ive had to work with my nutritionist to modify some of the things—how I cook, how I select foods, and also I have to make better food choices.
“I dont eat a typically American menu, so some of the foods that I prepare in my, with my family, Ive had to work with my family to make sure that I prepare them in a different way...less fat.
“And, also when they do prepare it, I just have to...there are certain, the fattier foods, or fried, or whatever, I just have to allow myself to have a small amount and thats it.”
