“I think what I miss about my previous diet, my, my food patterns...whatever you want to call them, is just the ability to kind of eat on the run and not think about it.
“I work night hours; I work off hours. And so, I often will find myself...Im hungry; I need to get something quick. That often would equate to a couple of slices of pizza, fast food, whatever. And, I try not to do that now, if I can.
“I try to plan better. And it, its a case of having better food at home in the refrigerator, in the freezer, and resisting the temptation just to grab a burger, when Im passing by a fast-food joint.”
