“As someone with diabetes, I have to make a commitment to myself to follow through with an exercise program.
“I have to guarantee, regardless of the weather, regardless of you know, job pressures to work out, to walk, to do something for 45 minutes to an hour, three times a week, and maybe more than that, if I possibly can.”
Blossom:
“I have changed my physical activity considerably. At first, I have never exercised on an ongoing basis. Now I do, at least four times a week, I exercise for about an hour, an hour and a half. And, I feel so much better.”
